Pre and Post Adoption Services

We believe every child deserves the love, safety, and unconditional commitment of a family and the opportunity to develop as a healthy and resilient young adult. Our Pathways to Permanency team is passionate about supporting adoptive families, resource families, birth parents, and adopted children. Our goal is to empower and uplift families by providing accessible resources tailored to your families’ needs!

Adoption is a lifeling journey and we are dedicated to building a welcoming community where adoptive families can thrive. You can count on us for reliable support and advocacy at every step of your journey.

Post Adoption Services include:

• Case management services
• Trainings (in-person and virtual)
• Monthly support groups
• 24/7 Crisis support and safety planning
• Referrals and linkages to community resources
• Support with understanding the Adoption Assistance Program (AAP) and filling out county/state forms
• Therapeutic referrals
• Individualized support regarding adoption-related topics

Who is eligible:

• Pre-adoptive families served by child welfare within 3 months of finalization
• Post-adoptive families with youth under the age of 26 
• Adoptive families served by Wendy’s Wonderful Kids
