Personal Rights

In accordance with the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6,  it is the policy of Stanford Sierra Youth & Families that all certified Foster Parents and approved Resource Families will be informed on the rights of youth and non-minor dependents (hereinafter “youth”).

All youth have legal, civil, and human rights that must be protected if they are to achieve their full potential.  All Foster Parents and Resource Families will ensure that the youth’s personal rights are respected.
