Stanford Sierra Youth & Families values collaboration and has many committees that all employees have an opportunity to participate in. These committees help make tangible decisions that guide the organization’s future. The chairs of our committees are oftentimes our direct care practitioners and support staff.

Employee Spotlight: Stephanie Keehner
Meet Stephanie! Stephanie is a Clinician with our FIT program and has an M.A. in Social Work from CSU Stanislaus. After having a history with the system herself, Stephanie wanted to be able to help youth with creating healthier relationships and is very passionate about working with families. She enjoys working at SSYAF because of the diversity in families and the flexibility to grow as a therapist and a social worker.
