Tyler has been a valuable member of the DesCor team for 19 years and took over the President & CEO roll in February of 2023, during which time he has gained a comprehensive understanding of all phases of construction, from concept to final product. His ability to find solutions to technical construction projects has earned him a reputation as a professional who can overcome even the most complex challenges.

Tyler joined the Board of Stanford Sierra Youth & Families because he has personal experience with the difference adoption makes in a child’s life. Tyler’s brother and brother-in-law each adopted two children from the foster care system, and seeing the positive impact on the kids was a huge motivation to be part of an organization like Stanford. 

Tyler has been married to his Wife Donna for 15 years and has two girls, Sadie(13) & Brynley (11). He spends his free time hunting and fishing. He also enjoys watching plays and theater performances with his girls.
